  • Investigation of the lattice dynamics, luminescence, absorption and reflection in solid states
  • Optical methods of studying the composition of solid solution (scheelite-type crystals as an example)
  • Technology of obtaining nanoporous Si on monocrystalline p-Si wafers by electrochemical and chemical etching and investigation of luminescence properties.
